1) How long will my Order take to ship?
All our stock is based in Melbourne. If your order is received before 1 pm on a week day, it will be dispatched on the same day; in all other cases it is dispatched on the next working day.
2) How long will it take for my Order to be delivered?
We use standard parcel post shipping services from Australia's largest freight providers such as Australia Post and others like DHL and FedEx. All orders can be tracked online and you will receive your tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped.

3) What is the delivery fee?
We offer FREE shipping all over Australia and New Zealand. For international orders delivery fee is included at Checkout which is approximately AUD 45 $.
4) What are import duties and taxes for international delivery to my country?
Five Lanes deliver worldwide (International Destinations) using shipping companies like Australia Post, DHL and FedEx. However there are certain import restrictions imposed by countries that stays out of Five Lanes control and is the responsibility of the buyer to please check the restrictions before placing the order.
International delivery to your country may be liable to import duties and taxes. Five Lanes is not responsible for such costs.
You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes (if applicable). You should contact your local custom office for further information on such costs.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country. Five Lanes will not be responsible for any breach in such laws.
